Kurobuta Shabu Shabu

Shabu shabu is a type of hotpot with thinly-sliced meat, fresh vegetables and noodles that you cook yourself. It is hard to find anywhere that does it well in Australia! We’d like to eat it in Kagoshima where it is often served with the black berkshire pork the region is famous for.
